In Hatha the body has time to really learn and settle into the asana as it makes fine adjustments which deepen the pose and intensify the experience. We rely on our breath to help keep us calm and relax while experiencing these powerful Hatha poses. Since Hatha is slower then Vinyasa in getting into the poses, it is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.  See Schedule
