Wellness Education Workshops
Yoga Foundation of Fredericksburg facilitates and hosts yoga and yoga-related health and wellness classes and workshops at our downtown studio and in the community using established practitioners in Western medicine (including MDs, osteopaths, chiropractors, and mental health workers) in addition to those practicing integrative medicine. We offer yoga, chi gong, meditation, and stress reduction workshops, as well as workshops in nutrition, natural oils, women’s health, aging, meditation, mindful parenting, mindful eating, smoking cessation, and sleep science to name a few. YFF workshops are generally held on Saturday afternoons and evenings at our Franklin Street studio, but we also offer yoga and wellness programs schools, businesses, and community centers.
